Monthly
The LovishBox membership renews automatically every month. By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription Fee.The membership can be cancelled at any time. Subscription must be cancelled prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal, which is before the 1st day of every month. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account. 

Quarterly and Semi-Annual  

May be cancelled at any time. However, you will still receive the boxes for the reminder of the term previously purchased. Cancellation voids future renewals, but does not give you a refund on remaining boxes within the term already purchased. Subscription must be cancelled anytime prior to the billing date of your Quarterly or Semi-Annual Subscription renewal.You may cancel your membership by logging into your account.


Acknowledgement & Agreement

By subscribing to LovishBox you acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription.
You understand and agree that your credit card on file will be automatically charged for each applicable billing period, until you cancel your membership.

Billing

You will be billed for the first month as soon as you start your plan. After the first month, you will be billed on the 1st day of your renewal month for the Quarterly or Semi-Annual Subscriptions, or the 1st of each month for Monthly Subscriptions for the length of your plan.

Shipping

LovishBox does not ship outside of Canada at present time. 
The $5 Flat Fee Shipping will be applied to each box at the checkout.
The order will be shipped to the address listed in your subscription account. Any changes to the shipping address need to be made prior to the last day of each month, otherwise we cannot guarantee the shipment at the updated address. You may update your shipping address and payment information anytime by logging into your account. 

Returns and Exchange

LovishBox does not accept returns or offer product exchange. All memberships that are paid in full at the time of check out are non-refundable.

Taxes
Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be applied at the checkout.

About the Box
LovishBox is a monthly subscription box for women and quarterly subscription box for men, sent to you, your friends, coworkers, and your loved ones. Each box is filled with 6-8 full size products that have been carefully curated with the health and wellness in mind. 


Membership
You have a choice of subscribing to a monthly membership or prepaid 3 and 6 month membership. For details of payment methods for For Her and For Him memberships please refer to our subscription policy.


Returns and Exchanges
LovishBox does not accept returns or offer product exchange. All memberships that are paid in full at the time of check out are non-refundable.


Billing
You will be billed for the first month as soon as you start your plan. After the first month, you will be billed on the 1st day of your renewal month, or the 1st day of each month for monthly-commitments for the length of your plan.


Taxes 
Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the checkout.


You can manage your account by accessing the Wallet.
When you wish to start an active subscription you'll be asked to simply login. Once you've created your account you'll be introduced to "Your Account" There you can manage your subscription and account details. The "My Wallet" section can be accessed from the my account page or by simply scrolling down to the footer of the website under "My Account"


How do I update my billing information?
The "My Wallet" section can be accessed from the my account page or by simply scrolling down to the footer of the website under "My Account". You can update your billing information there.


How do I reset my password?
You can change your password or reset your password by clicking "My Account" section in the footer. If you click on any of the TABS you'll be asked to Login. There you'll notice "Forgot my password" Simply type in your email address and a password reset will be sent to you.
 

Shipping
The order will be shipped to the address listed in your subscription account. The initial Subscription Box will be shipped out within 48hours of placing your order. All recurring Subscriptions shipped out within the first week of the month. Any changes to the shipping address need to be made prior to the last day of each month, otherwise we cannot guarantee the shipment at the updated address. You may update your shipping address and payment information anytime by logging into your account. 


How much does the shipping cost?
Flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied to each box at the checkout.


Do you ship internationally?
LovishBox does not ship outside of Canada at present time. 

When will my box be shipped?
All boxes will be shipped before the first day of the subscription month.
